1.) Meet for a
consultation with Michelle to discuss
what needs to be updated. The fee
for 1 hour is $60.
2.) Stage home - change
color on the walls, get rid of clutter,
take down photos, move furniture around,
etc. Cost of staging can range
from $300 to $3000, depending on what
needs to be accomplished.
3.) Curb Appeal - fresh
coat of paint on your front door, add
flowers to outside, etc.
4.) Make sure house is
clean from top to bottom.
5.) Bring realtor in to
retake photos and add to website.Typically a house that is staged will
sell faster on the market than one that is
